Money-back Guarantee
We have a 30-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund; only items sent back to one of our warehouses.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@elory.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellation and modification of orders
Please email us at hello@elory.co as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will try to process your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed by our automated system, we may not be able to make any changes, including address updates or cancellations.
We recommend reaching out as soon as possible, but once your order has been processed, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
If your order arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@elory.co with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item you received.
If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason, including a damaged or incorrect order.
Custom duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes, and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including the customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise, and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for remaindered items or gift certificates.
